Please keep in mind:

  1. While we cater private dinner parties, family reunions, large parties, corporate events, and special occasions, we do not cater weddings.

•  Prices are subject to change without notice.

•  Please allow a 1 week notice for catering and 72 hours for bakery dessert orders.

•  We need a confirmed number of people 72 hours prior to the event.

•  We accept cash and check only at this time.

  1. A deposit of 50% is required based on an estimate guest count at the time of the reservation.

  2. If you hire Wild Indigo Catering for your business event, there will be an additional $75 setup charge from the Health Department that will be added to your bill.


Event Minimums:

  1. Dinner Parties: $300

  2. Contact us for information on minimums for other specific occasions


Cancellation Policy:

•  If your event is cancelled the day of the party, you will be charged 100% of the event total.

•  If your event is cancelled at least 48 hours before the party and rescheduled for a later date, you will be charged 50% of the event total.

•  If your event is cancelled at least 48 hours before the party and is not rescheduled you will be charged 100% of the event total.


The following service charge will be added to your final bill:

10% for non-service events
18% for service events


Delivery charges:
1-10 miles = $20
10-20 miles = $30
21-30 miles = $40


Staff and Service Charges:

$25 per hour per lead server
$18 per hour per other staff

Charges begin when we leave our kitchen and conclude at the end of the function (this includes clean-up).


We suggest:

1 server per 15 guests at a meal event
1 server per 20 guests at a hors d'oeuvres event
