While every menu is custom created to suit the event and season,

the following are some examples of items from our lunch menu:

All of our box lunches include sandwich or wrap, choice of

side salad or fruit, organic cookie, flatware, and napkin.


Chicken Waldorf: Free range chicken mixed with granny smith apples, fennel seed,

sun-dried cranberries, chives, and walnuts in a light roasted garlic mayo dressing.

Topped with local sprouts and mixed greens. (This is best served in a wrap.)

Greek Veggie: Roasted red peppers, eggplant, balsamic roasted onions, local chevre (optional), fresh spinach, sprouts, and drizzled with an oregano vinaigrette.

Black Forest Ham & Havarti: Black forest ham, havarti, local tomato, red leaf lettuce,
balsamic roasted onions and a horseradish mayo.

Turkey BLT: Honey baked turkey, local house cured bacon,

local tomato, red leaf lettuce and pesto mayo.

Southwestern Tofu: Lightly blackened tofu, avocado, red cabbage slaw,

local tomato, and jack cheese (optional) with a chipotle aioli.


Roasted Potato Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette

Pasta Salad with housemade pesto & fresh tomatoes (when in season)

Sesame Udon Noodles

Mixed Greens with seasonal veggies and choice of dressing


Organic natural sodas, juice or bottled water
